At KissMada, we want your Madagascar souvenirs to bring you complete satisfaction.
1. Damaged or Defective Items:
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the costs.
2. Sizing Issues or Buyer's Remorse:
Since our products are made-to-order, we generally do not offer exchanges or refunds for sizing errors or buyer's remorse. Please consult our size guides carefully before placing your order.
3. Return Addresses:
Please contact us before returning any products. Depending on your location, the package must be sent to one of our partner Printful’s fulfillment centers (see list below).
